I have been on the fence about trying one of the many mushroom coffee brands that have been flooding the web for the past few years. They generally seem gimmicky, overpriced and loaded with unnecessary additives that kept me uninterested. However, I was fortunate enough to be given a sample of the 7-mushroom blend after a little research and I am in LOVE. As a mushroom enthusiast and hunter, the flavor is what hooked me first, the quality of the sourced ingredients second. It's flavor profile is strong enough in larger doses to appeal to the fungiest guys and gals out there but I find that adding 1 Tbsp in a 16oz cup of coffee is the perfect blend of ideas without steering away from the normal routine. I do so every morning without fail. So far, the benefits appear minimal but I have only had the product for a short time so will try and update accordingly.

As a quick aside, I was initially concerned with how the mouth feel was going to be adding this to my coffee. Definitely didn't want to have a "chalky" cup of hot liquid to sip on while getting started with meetings and other shenanigans. Ewww. Thankfully, this hasn't been the case. The product is extremely well made and this blend mixes into hot liquids with relative ease using only a spoon.

I'd recommend the 7-mushroom blend product to anyone. The benefits of these mushrooms individually are numerous and there is plenty of research to corroborate this fact that anyone can (and should) look into elsewhere. Having access to well-sourced and lovingly made products by someone who understands and appreciates what mycelium can do for us is awesome. But the simplicity inherent in incorporating said product into a variety of general foods is fantastic! I will be buying more!

Started adding this to my smoothies every morning after a workout. I love being able to get all the benefits of mushrooms without the overwhelming taste. Definitely worth the buy!

The quality of this mushroom blend is excellent, and I appreciate the thought put into the ingredients. I didn't notice dramatic effects right away, but after consistent use for a couple of weeks, I do feel more energized and less stressed. Would love a slightly finer powder for easier mixing.

I love starting my mornings with this blend in my tea. The Lions Mane really helps with my concentration, and the Cordyceps gives me an energy boost without the jitters. It blends well into smoothies too!
